Thank you for shopping online at Misa Jewelry! All online orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit card transactions are confidential and protected by SSL encryption.

SHIPPING
Most items are in stock and will ship within 5 business days. Custom orders, however, will require a 2-3 week production time. Once these pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled or returned.

All online orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $10. If you would like to rush order your jewelry or ship to an address outside of the US, please contact us at info@misajewelry.com with your request. Please note that additional charges will apply for rush orders and international orders.

SALES TAX
All orders shipped within the state of California will incur a 9.75% sales tax charge.

RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return your purchase within 7 business days. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise in unworn condition, your credit card will be refunded for the purchased price plus tax (if applicable). Shipping charges are not refundable. Sales merchandise are Final Sale.

Prior to shipping your return, you must first obtain a return authorization code from us at info@misajewelry.com. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and shipped prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
